1. Agreement to Terms

By accessing our website at utahautodetailing.com or booking any service with The Auto Spa (located at 4346 W Abbey Rd Unit 21, Hurricane, UT 84737), you agree to be bound by these Terms of Service. If you do not agree to these terms, please do not use our services or website.

2. Services

The Auto Spa provides professional automotive detailing services including, but not limited to:

  • Interior and exterior auto detailing
  • Paint correction (1-step and 2-step machine polishing)
  • Professional ceramic coating application
  • Add-on services (clay bar, odor removal, headlight restoration, etc.)
  • Fleet detailing programs
  • Membership detailing plans

Services are available both at our Hurricane, UT shop location and via mobile service throughout Southern Utah. Service availability is subject to scheduling and geographic constraints. We reserve the right to decline service at our discretion.

3. Pricing and Payment

All prices listed on our website are starting prices and may vary based on vehicle size, condition, and specific service requirements. Final pricing will be confirmed before work begins. We reserve the right to adjust pricing based on the actual condition of the vehicle upon inspection.

Additional fees ("FEE" items) such as Heavy Pet Hair Removal and Heavy Dirt & Grime Removal are assessment-based charges applied when the condition of the vehicle significantly exceeds normal service parameters. These will be disclosed before work commences.

Payment is due upon completion of service unless otherwise agreed in writing. We accept cash and major credit cards.

4. Cancellation and Rescheduling

We understand that schedules change. We request at least 24 hours' notice for appointment cancellations or rescheduling. Repeated no-shows or last-minute cancellations (within 2 hours of appointment) may result in a cancellation fee or deposit requirement for future bookings.

For ceramic coating and paint correction appointments requiring extended shop time, a deposit may be required at booking. Deposits are non-refundable for cancellations within 24 hours of the appointment.

5. Vehicle Condition and Pre-existing Damage

Customers are responsible for disclosing any known pre-existing damage, mechanical issues, or special conditions regarding their vehicle before service begins. The Auto Spa is not responsible for pre-existing damage, including but not limited to scratches, chips, dents, mechanical failures, or worn trim components that were present before service.

For paint correction services, we use a paint depth gauge to assess clear coat thickness. If clear coat is too thin for safe correction, we will notify you and recommend alternative services.

6. Satisfaction Guarantee

We stand behind our work. If you are not satisfied with the results of your service, please contact us within 48 hours of service completion. We will make reasonable efforts to address any legitimate concerns at no additional charge, subject to the limitations described in Section 7.

Our satisfaction guarantee covers workmanship defects — areas that were not cleaned or treated according to the service description. It does not cover dissatisfaction arising from pre-existing vehicle conditions, changes in personal preference, or damage caused by misuse or improper care after service.

7. Limitation of Liability

To the fullest extent permitted by law, The Auto Spa's total liability to you for any claims arising from our services shall not exceed the amount you paid for the specific service giving rise to the claim. We are not liable for indirect, incidental, special, or consequential damages. We are not responsible for items left in vehicles during service. Please remove all valuables before dropping off your vehicle.

8. Ceramic Coating Warranty

Our ceramic coating services include a workmanship warranty for the specified coating period (3 or 5 years) against coating failure due to defective application. This warranty requires proper maintenance, including regular washing with pH-neutral soap and avoidance of automatic car washes with brushes. The warranty is void if the vehicle is involved in a collision, subjected to abrasive polishing after application, or improperly maintained. Warranty claims require proof of purchase and vehicle inspection at our Hurricane shop.

9. Memberships

Membership plans are non-transferable and apply to a single designated vehicle. Memberships auto-renew on the billing cycle unless cancelled in writing at least 7 days before the renewal date. Unused service credits do not roll over between billing periods. We reserve the right to modify membership pricing with 30 days' written notice.

10. Website Use

Our website and its content are provided for informational purposes. You may not copy, reproduce, or redistribute our content without written permission. Pricing, service descriptions, and availability are subject to change without notice. We make no warranty that our website will be continuously available or error-free.

11. Governing Law

These Terms of Service are governed by the laws of the State of Utah. Any disputes arising from these terms or our services shall be resolved in the courts of Washington County, Utah.

12. Changes to Terms

We reserve the right to modify these Terms of Service at any time. Changes will be posted on this page with an updated "Last updated" date. Continued use of our services after changes constitutes acceptance of the revised terms.
