What You Will Do

Transform vehicles daily — from interiors and exteriors to paint correction and ceramic coatings. No two days are the same.

Full interior & exterior detailing

Paint correction & scratch removal

Ceramic coating application

Client walk-throughs & communication

Help with social media content creation

No experience needed — we train from scratch. Show up, work hard, and you will move up fast.

2-4 weeks

Paid hands-on training from senior techs.

1-6 months

Commission + Performance bonuses on every job.

6-12 months

Higher commission, train new hires.

12+ months

Base salary + high ticket Commission.
